IMEX proudly becomes ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certified

Over the past few years, IMEX has been quietly redefining its business values. As part of this undertaking, we have made it a goal of ours to become Quality Certified. To help reach this goal we enlisted the help of Compass Assurance Services to review our internal systems and processes and make recommendations in order to put our customers first.

In December 2021, we were awarded ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certification, and as a result, customer satisfaction and value are at the heart of our business. IMEX is committed to its Quality Policy and looks forward to continually improving practices to ensure we are meeting industry standards and our processes are meaningful and effective.
