Repairs & Calibrations
IMEX is your trusted agent to carry out inspection, calibration and repair of a wide range of equipment. We routinely facilitate the calibration of EMCEE conductivity meters and Micro-Separometer units. Repair requests include actuators, sensors, printed circuit boards (PCB’s) and industrial-grade monitors. We communicate directly with the OEM and completing the Return Material Authorisation (RMA) on the customer’s behalf. Simply send the items to our office and we can provide one all-encompassing quote to handle the outbound freight, repair process and return of your items in quality condition.
Lifecycle Management

Quality Assurance Inspection
IMEX is dedicated to supplying parts & equipment to the highest standard. That’s why every package is individually checked and submitted to thorough quality checking procedures at our Sydney office before final dispatch to the customer. For larger shipments, photos of packed goods and supporting documentation for the supplier is always requested and checked to ensure our customer receives exactly what they need in perfect condition.
Shipping Dangerous Goods (DG) and Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)
IMEX has a proven reputation for successfully project managing and delivering DG and HAZMAT classified materials. IMEX ensures at the beginning of every job, the most appropriate freight forwarder is selected to handle the freight for safe and intact delivery. IMEX follows the guidelines as set out by The International Air Transport Association (IATA) and regularly reviews policy and procedures for both air and ocean freight, to ensure all jobs are delivered to the correct standards, helping to reduce turn-around times with customs clearance.
Warehousing
IMEX can provide short-term warehousing solutions upon request. We have warehouse partners located in Artarmon and Alexandria who can provide a wide range of storage solutions. We also keep some stock at our Sydney office for commonly ordered parts, giving us the ability to ship quickly and at a favourable rate. Specific Packing Requirements
IMEX is experienced and equipped to take on a range of packing requirements. Our staff are trained and efficient at Australian Defence Force DEF(AUST)1000C Standard Packaging, and are proficient in accurately logging specs in a range of platforms including Oracle and Ariba. IMEX continually meets the expectations of customers when it comes to delivering on pallets. Our pallets are supplied to ISPM 15 standards and wooden crates are heat treated and stamped.
